Brad Mitchell, President, and CEO recognized the opportunity to provide modern, profitable turn-key solutions for international investors and developers of mixed-use communities with single-family and multi-family homes and light commercial. Brad brought on his partner and COO Jeremy Crabbe, who shared his vision, to form the core leadership team for Infinity Homes and Development.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential development construction, Brad has managed development of over 3800 single family residential lots and construction of over 3000 residential homes for large development companies and national home builders across the US. Brad is a lifelong Georgia resident, but has extensive knowledge of national, state, and local regulations and building codes, having traveled throughout the country working on various construction projects. He is OSHA certified and holds blue, green, and red cards for Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He has served as Safety Director for commercial GC’s, as well as Project Manager on various commercial developments including medical and education facilities. Jeremy was born and resides in Georgia, but has supervised the construction of 2,000+ residential homes and dozens of commercial projects across the country. As a licensed real estate agent holding OSHA and GSWCC certifications, he brings a wealth of knowledge and value to every client project.
